Babbel has become one of the largest language-learning, with over 11 million subscriptions sold! It’s curriculum is designed by linguists, and combines both traditional learning with interactive and innovative lessons.

It has a 4.5 star rating, dozens of languages to pick from, and is a great way to get introduced to a language!

Duolingo

Duolingo is just so many people’s favorite and it is an industry standard. It’s used in schools, and by individuals all over the world. For some, it taught them the majority of what they need to know.

The teaching methods are science-based and range from speaking and listening, to reading and writing courses. Everytime you finish a section, you move to a harder and more complicated section.

Rosetta Stone

Rosetta Stone has been a language leader for over 26 years. Users get access to dozens of different languages from a recognized and reputable industry veteran.

You can practice the language with audio-recognition and audio-based features. You can also learn by reading along with native speakers.
